Utility Billing


The City of Vincent is now offering ACH (automatic withdrawal) for utility billing. Stop by or call City Hall for more information.


The City of Vincent is now accepting credit card payments for utilities.  Three easy ways to pay:  On-site, Online, or by phone 1-888-604-7888.  To pay Online or by phone you will need your most current invoice.  Major credit / debit cards accepted.

*Govpay is changing to Allpaid; the new platform will be released the end of October 2020.*

The City of Vincent also accepts checks or cash for payment of water utility.  There is a drop box on the west side of City Hall for after hours drop off payments.

Community Bulletin Information



     *  As of October 26, 2020, the open burn ban for Webster County and Calhoun

        County has been lifted.  Reminding residents to be mindful and responsible when

        doing any kind of open burning.  If needing to do a controlled burn, you may

        contact the Webster County Communication Center at 515-573-2323.


     * City of Vincent Trick or Treat Night is October 31, 2020 from 5 pm to 7pm by       

       porch light invitation. 

       (If you are not feeling well we ask you abstain from this event in accordance with the CDC guidelines put in place)


     *City Hall is open to the public, we ask that you follow the CDC guidelines before


     *Vincent Community Hall is now open to the public for rentals. You may contact

       City Hall at 515-356-4365 for more information


     The City of Vincent would like to notify residents there is an increase in       criminal activity in the area.  If you see something you may contact the      Webster County Sheriff at 515-573-1410.  Please remember to keep your        personal property under lock and key.

     *If anyone needs a tree trimmed or cut down in the tree berm of their property     

      you may contact city hall to make arrangements.

     *Garbage pickup is on Monday.  When pickup lands on a holiday please look for

      updated notice for garbage pick up.


     *The Vincent recycling is located next Vincent City Hall on Arthur Street.  The Bins are             emptied every other Thursday.

     *Town council meeting is held the second Monday of each month.

     2020 Dates for Council Meeting:   January 13th,  February 10th,  March 9th, 

     April 13th,  May 11th,  June 8th,  July 13th,  August 10th,  September 14th,  October 12th,        November 9th,  December 14th
